Job Responsibilities

  • Promote and market GINTELL massage chairs and fitness products to walk-in customers, as well as through online and offline platforms.
  • Provide excellent customer service by delivering a professional, friendly, and engaging customer experience.
  • Achieve and exceed showroom sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis through effective selling techniques and strong product knowledge.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to clearly explain product features and benefits to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including follow-ups on enquiries, leads, and after-sales service.
  • Manage daily showroom operations, including product display arrangements, stock checking, and maintaining a clean and presentable showroom environment.
  • Participate in roadshows, events, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate new leads.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and management to ensure smooth sales operations and consistent brand standards.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of retail sales experience, preferably within the health, wellness, fitness, or consumer electronics industry.
  • Possession of at least an SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related discipline.
  • Hands-on experience in retail operations, including sales management, product display, stock control, and inventory management.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Malaysian citizens or candidates with valid residency status are encouraged to apply.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
