Job Responsibilities

  • Promote and market GINTELL massage chairs and fitness products to walk-in, online, and offline customers.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by providing a professional, friendly, and engaging customer experience.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual showroom sales targets through effective selling techniques and strong product knowledge.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to effectively showcase features and benefits to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including follow-ups on enquiries, leads, and after-sales service.
  • Manage daily showroom operations, including product displays, stock checks, and maintaining a clean and presentable showroom environment.
  • Participate in roadshows, events, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate new leads.
  • Work closely with the team and management to ensure smooth sales operations and consistent brand standards.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum three (3) years of retail sales experience, preferably within the health, wellness, fitness, or consumer electronics industry.
  • Possess at least an SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in retail operations, including sales management, product merchandising, stock control, and inventory management.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Malaysian citizen or possess valid residency status.
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
