Building Maintenance Executive

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 3,700 per month

Are you an experienced professional in building and facilities maintenance looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a Building Maintenance Executive to oversee the smooth operation of facilities, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency at all times.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee day-to-day building maintenance, electrical systems, and repair work.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, safety, and health requirements.
  • Manage contractors and suppliers from tendering, supervising, and ensuring quality checks to maintaining accurate records.
  • Monitor and maintain hospital equipment and machines (electrical, carpentry, and other technical areas).
  • Handle project budgeting and maintenance planning.
  • Provide 24-hour on-call support when required.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience.
  • Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Building Maintenance, or related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge across electrical, carpentry, and maintenance work.
  • Hands-on experience with hospital equipment and systems is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent project management and budgeting skills.
  • Proficient in Malay and English (spoken & written).
  • Valid driving license and willingness to work on shifts/on-call.
