To implement quality control for products manufacturing by the organization and to maintain the quality of the products which meet customer requirement

Responsibilities:

1. Product Quality

  • To put efforts in achieving company goals/targets as per timeline provided.
  • To highlight / inform superior on any non-conformance materials and products & any abnormalities in the plant immediately.
  • To assist in quality improvement project.
  • To carry out routine quality inspection on line to ensure WIPs are within required specification, eg visual and measurement inspection.
  • To inspect incoming raw material and packaging materials before release for production usage.
  • To carry out inspection on finished goods.
  • To monitor & clearance of on-line rejection items.
  • To maintain all quality documents and approved standards.
  • To follow production schedule by supporting operation in production line, raw material warehouse and delivery store.

2. People Management & Development

  • To attend trainings and to improve competency.

3. Quality System

  • To be fully proactive & aware of occupational health and safety standards at workplace, ensure full compliance and also safeguarding oneself, colleagues, and the Company from any detrimental incidents.
  • To follow and guide workers to follow the GMP, GDP & GLP rules.

4. Others

  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Minimum with SPM or its equivalent
  • At least 1 year of working experience in QA/QC or laboratory
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated with analytical skills
  • Computer literacy : Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
  • Able to work on shift rotation
