Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor system alerts daily, identify issues, and propose solutions minimize potential loss of sales.
  • Perform routine tasks to ensure data integration quality between the Electronic Point of Sale system (POS) and other integrated systems (e.g., ERP platforms).
  • Provide 2nd level support, resolve assigned incidents and fulfill assigned requests.
  • Participate in weekend support rotations.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in 1st level IT Support activities
  • Experience or familiarity with Electronic Point of Sale (POS) systems and system integrations.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases (e.g., Oracle SQL).
  • Understanding of web services (SOAP/REST).
  • Ability to interpret application logs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
