Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in the outlet, ensuring full compliance with QAQC standards.
  • Oversee all aspects of stock management, including ordering, receiving, and inventory control, to minimize wastage and optimize costs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing customer feedback and concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Supervise, coach, and motivate outlet staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and high team performance.
  • Prepare and manage staff schedules based on operational needs and peak business hours.
  • Collaborate closely with the Outlet Manager on operational strategies, promotions, and business initiatives.
  • Monitor outlet performance, track sales and service metrics, and implement measures to achieve targets.
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports on inventory, staffing, sales performance, and operational activities.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies.
  • Perform additional tasks or special projects assigned by management to support overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, preferably in a supervisory or team leader role.
  • Minimum SPM / Secondary School qualification in any field.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Malay, both spoken and written.
  • Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive, energetic, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable with own transportation for commuting to the outlet.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
