Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure overall outlet cleanliness, safety, and hygiene are consistently maintained in compliance with QAQC standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end stock control processes, including ordering, receiving, proper storage, stock rotation, and inventory accuracy.
  • Deliver consistently high standards of customer service, addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Supervise, coach, and motivate team members to ensure efficient daily operations and foster a positive, high-performing work environment.
  • Prepare, manage, and optimize staff duty rosters to ensure adequate manpower in line with operational and business needs.
  • Work closely with the Outlet Manager to ensure operational alignment with company objectives, policies, and performance standards.
  • Monitor outlet performance indicators, including sales, service quality, and productivity, and take proactive steps to achieve or exceed targets.
  • Prepare, maintain, and submit accurate and timely reports covering sales performance, inventory status, staffing, and operational matters.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), food safety regulations, and all applicable laws.
  • Carry out additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the Outlet Manager or management team when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, preferably in a supervisory or team leader capacity.
  • Minimum SPM / Secondary School qualification or equivalent in any discipline.
  • Proficient in English and Malay, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; self-motivated, well-organized, and energetic.
  • Possess own transport and able to commute reliably to the workplace.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,600.00 per month
