Job Responsibilities:
- To perform administrative support duties for the Fleet Management, includes data entry, tracking, verifying and updating reports for internal use, timely processing and disseminating of information, paperwork and follow through for a variety of unit support needs.
- To handle stock control, update stock card.
- To create invoice, delivery order and other documents as per request.
- To record and filing for all company vehicles road tax renewals, car registrations, car insurance, car service, and driver incident reports etc.
- To check summons & compounds of JPJ, PDRM, MBSJ etc.
- To monitor GPS tracker of all company vehicles.
- To check and report all company vehicles on daily basis, maintenance, ensure all vehicles are running in good condition.
- To plan, compile and update the drivers daily routines and trips for stock delivery.
- To link the drivers for loading and unloading stocks when arrive at the destination.
- To collect receipts and prepare reports such as driver trip allowance, shell receipts, etc.
- To communicate between admin and warehouse department.
- To perform other administrative tasks and ad hoc tasks as required by the management.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment.
- Good analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Good in computer applications (Microsoft Words, Excel).
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Posses with own transport.
- Able to work in Taman Perindustrian Putra, Puchong (Nearby Taman Mas).
