About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Executive to join our team at RUBINO INDUSTRY SDN. BHD. Based in Johor Bahru, Johor, this full-time role will play a crucial part in driving sales and expanding our presence in the stone processing industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Actively identifying and nurturing new sales opportunities in the stone processing industry
  2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
  3. Providing excellent customer service and technical support to clients
  4. Preparing detailed sales proposals and presentations to win new business
  5. Collaborating closely with the wider sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  6. Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth areas
  7. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, ideally within the stone processing or a similar manufacturing industry
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels
  3. Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a commercially-minded approach
  4. Technical understanding of stone processing and related products and services
  5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  6. Degree qualification in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience
