Job Description:

  • Assist IT team in providing basic technical support to staff and clients under guidance.
  • Help install, configure, and maintain computer systems, hardware, and software.
  • Support monitoring of system performance and assist in troubleshooting issues.
  • Follow established procedures for computer and system maintenance.
  • Assist in preparing documentation, reports, and records related to IT operations.
  • Participate in IT projects by supporting tasks and providing necessary assistance under supervision.
  • Learn and develop skills in IT systems, software, and basic infrastructure management.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Knowledge of computer systems and software.
  • Knowledge of network and system security.
  • Familiarity with hardware and software installation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Required language: Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
  • Candidate must possess own transportand able to work inTaman Tan Sri Yaacob, Skudai.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in NON-HALAL INDUSTRY.
