OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

  • Provide Document Control Support to Operation.
  • Implement & Maintain Document Control Processes & Procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process And Update Incoming & Outgoing Project Documents.
  • Maintain & Manage Electronic & Hardcopy Document As Required.
  • Develop & Maintain Document Management System & Database.
  • Ensuring The Use Of Standardize Forms And Templates.
  • Set-Up Project Folders And Facilities Project Process.
  • Establish & Maintain The Master Document Register In Cooperation With The Project Team.
  • Ensure All Drawing & Project Documentation Are Correctly Distributed And Filed.
  • Monitor Technical Document Reviews & Approval In Terms Of Clients Standard & Guidelines.
  • Distribute Project Documents And Drawings To Relevant Parties.
  • Share Any Update Relating To QMS (E.G.: Quality Procedure And Forms) And Ensure The Current Revision Status Of Documents Are Identified
  • To Adhere To Code Of Business Conduct (COBC).
  • To Adhere To Deleum And The Customer's QHSE Requirements.
  • To Perform Any Other Tasks Or Assignments As Required By Immediate Supervisors and/or the Management from time to time.

KNOWLEDGE/REQUIREMENT REQUIRED

  • Over 5 Years Of Experiences In Oil And Gas Industry
  • Knowledgeable In Technical Preferably In
  • Quality Requirement As Well As Documentation Compilation And Arrangement

ACADEMIC/PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION

  • Diploma In Engineering / Information Technology Or Any Equivalent Technical Certificate From Any Recognized Institution In Malaysia
