Key Responsibilities:
- Support technical evaluations of plant machinery and systems. - Conduct MTBF and MTTR report analysis for performance evaluation. Maintain a historian database for tracking equipment performance and failure trend. Prepare technical reports, Root Cause analysis (RCA) and engineering & failure analysis for problem solving.
- Technical Competency - Troubleshooting & Programming PLC (Mitsubishi/Siemens): Ability to diagnose, repair and problem PLC system for automation processes. CAD Design & Drafting (SolidWorks/AutoCAD: Create and modify designs related to electro-pneumatic, hydraulic system and mechanical components. Mechanical Fabrication & Machine Maintenance: Hand-on skills in fabricating mechanical parts, carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure machine reliability.
- Technical Document & Compliance - Document and update technical process parameter for equipment operation and trouble shooting. Ensure compliance with ISO standards and assist in ISO documentation. Develop, maintain and distribute Standard Operating Procedures for maintenance activities.
- Preventive Maintenance, Scheduling & Projects Implementation Management - Prepare and update preventive maintenance check sheets and scheduling to ensure timely servicing of equipment. Manage of project commissioning.
- Audit & Compliance Support - Support audit-related documentation and compliance tracking to meet company and regulatory standards. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure readiness for internal and external audits.
- Administration & Correspondence Task - Manage correspondence dispatch and communication within the department. Support One Point Lesson development and training materials for knowledge sharing. Will held responsible to assist department in term of technical, safety, 5S related matters. In charge of special instrument usage and monitoring. To be put accountability on procurement, supplier liaison and department spoke person.
