We are looking for a Sales & Application Engineer who is technically inclined, proactive, and eager to build strong customer relationships across Malaysia's fast-growing manufacturing sectors.

What You Will Do

As a Sales & Application Engineer, you will play a key role in connecting customers with the right engineering solutions. Your responsibilities include:

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships in industries such as semiconductor, electronics, machinery, and automation
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable components, modules, or automation solutions
  • Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and product recommendations
  • Follow up on leads, conduct customer visits, and provide after-sales support

Application & Technical Support

  • Provide application engineering support for mechanical components, automation parts, and custom solutions
  • Assist customers in selecting linear motion systems, actuators, brackets, and industrial components
  • Troubleshoot product issues and provide prompt solutions
  • Support product testing, demonstrations, and technical presentations

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with the engineering and operations team on project requirements
  • Collaborate with suppliers and principals on product training and solution development
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects to enhance our technical offerings

What We're Looking For

  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years experience is a bonus
  • Strong understanding of mechanical components, automation systems, or machine design
  • Ability to read technical drawings (2D/3D) is an added advantage
  • Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus
  • Proactive, customer-oriented, fast learner
  • Enjoy meeting people, solving problems, and explaining technical concepts
