Role Description

As an MEP Project Manager, you will oversee the planning and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) components of data centre projects. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, coordinating submittals, and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. You will work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to resolve challenges and maintain high-quality standards. These roles open for onsite based at Johore, Nilai, and Cyberjaya.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, with a solid understanding of professional practices and standards.
  • Proven skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, and tracking of project milestones and deliverables.
  • Experience in Budgeting and effective cost control strategies to align with project financial goals.
  • Competence in handling Submittals and documentation to ensure progress aligns with project specifications.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
  • A degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field is required; relevant certifications are an advantage.
  • Experience in data center construction and operational processes is preferred.
