Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the full MEP scope from planning, execution, monitoring, and handover.
  • Oversee all Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing works to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and project timelines.
  • Coordinate closely with main contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Manage project budgeting, resource planning, manpower allocation, and cost control.
  • Review and approve technical drawings, method statements, and material submissions.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify issues, propose solutions, and ensure smooth execution.
  • Plan and oversee testing & commissioning, defect rectification, and project closeout.
  • Ensure all site activities comply with safety, QA/QC, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering.
  • Minimum 6–10 years of experience in M&E project delivery (high-rise / commercial preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of building services: HVAC/ACMV, Electrical systems, Fire Protection, Plumbing, ELV systems, etc.
  • Proven track record leading teams and completing projects successfully.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read drawings, manage site challenges, and coordinate multiple disciplines effectively.
