We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager – Food & Beverage to oversee the full operations of our F&B division. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of F&B operations, and a track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring profitability and efficiency.

Strategic Leadership & Operations


• Lead and manage the overall F&B operations, including restaurants, cafes, catering services, and/or bars


• Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence


• Set performance targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure consistent quality and service delivery


• Oversee supply chain, procurement, inventory management, and vendor relationships

Financial Management


• Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports


• Analyze P&L statements and take corrective action to ensure profitability


• Control costs, manage pricing strategies, and drive sales initiatives

Team Leadership


• Hire, train, mentor, and lead a high-performing F&B management team and service staff


• Create a positive team culture focused on accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement


• Oversee staff scheduling, labor management, and performance evaluations

Customer Experience


• Ensure high standards of guest service and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally


• Implement and monitor service quality protocols and hygiene standards


• Innovate new products, menu concepts, and service experiences to enhance the brand

Compliance & Safety


• Ensure compliance with health, safety, food hygiene, and regulatory standards


• Conduct regular audits and implement SOPs for operational consistency across outlets
