Senior Business Analyst

Skills and Requirements:


• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Consulting, or Functional roles


• Strong understanding of business processes with the ability to translate them into business requirements and specifications


• Capable of performing configuration and testing


• Familiar with system functionalities, software development, and implementation of packaged software or solutions


• Experience with enterprise solutions such as ERP, CRM, and Carbon Footprint tools (e.g., Corporate Carbon Footprint, Product Carbon Footprint, etc.)


• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct research, analyze, improve, and optimize business processes across various industries

  2. Assess risks, identify strengths and weaknesses, analyze situations, devise strategies, and provide recommendations to address arising challenges

  3. Develop analyses, reports, proposals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), operational guidelines, and presentations

  4. Facilitate requirements or design workshops with clients, prospects, or partners

  5. Engage and manage the expectations of clients, partners, and prospects

  6. Perform system configuration and testing

  7. Learn system functionalities and contribute to enhancing product features for systems such as:

  8. Enterprise Pricing System

  9. Carbon Footprint Solutions (Corporate Carbon Footprint, Product Carbon Footprint/Life Cycle Analysis, Green Procurement, Green Finance, etc.)

  10. Onboard and implement the above systems for respective clients and partners

  11. Conduct workshops, gather and document functional requirements, identify information sources and distribution paths, and develop UAT plans, UAT scenarios, and training materials

  12. Perform data analysis, configuration, system testing, support UAT, and prepare for Go-Live activities

  13. Provide support to clients or partners when required

  14. Deliver projects on time with high-quality deliverables

  15. Collaborate with team members to prepare system setups for demos

  16. Conduct demos when required

  17. Monitor team members' performance and provide guidance when needed

  18. Perform additional roles and responsibilities as assigned
