Job Description

  • Collaborate with the team to develop engaging weekly content (static + video) across Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu (XHS), and TikTok using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns, including Ads, SEM, and SEO, and optimize performance via Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Center, Google Analytics, and other platforms.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to improve campaign performance, reduce CPA, and manage/optimize Search (CPC) and Display (CPM) campaigns.
  • Perform market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, audience behaviours, and new creative opportunities.
  • Support on-site events, content shoots, and campaign activations when needed.

Requirement

  • Passionate about marketing, digital trends, and content with ability to propose fresh content ideas tailored for different platforms
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, with understanding of social media analytics and trends
  • Proficient in design and editing tools: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Capcut or other tools
  • Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin for social media content development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
