Job Description:

  1. Plan, implement, and supervise comprehensive airport facilities management strategies to ensure a safe, secure, and efficient operating environment across terminals, runways, aprons, and infrastructure assets.
  2. Work with the Head of ITS to plan, maintain, secure, and implement program code enhancements and modifications.
  3. Create, test, maintain & secure program code and understand the practices in configuration management.
  4. Ability to communicate with users to clarify the intent of a new feature or resolve a problem.
  5. Ability to understand business requirement and functional requirements specification as request by users.
  6. Good understanding of system develops life cycle methodologies and related disciplines.
  7. Involved in software development which include specification, development, and integration tasks.
  8. Perform system testing and debugging, including development and maintenance of written specifications and reports.
  9. Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products to effectively support the successful and timely completion of project implementations.
  10. Ensures product quality and ability perform multiple tasks under tight schedule.
  11. Develop system documentation and user documentation according to standards set for the application software.
  12. Provide assistance to technical support officers when they are unable to resolve issues related to programs, databases, application or other IT matters.
  13. Conduct training as required on subject matters with sufficient expertise to users and customers.

Education / Professional Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor's in IT / computer networking or equivalent.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in programmer or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and IT governance standards (e.g., ISO is a plus.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise-level applications is an advantage.
  • Experience to manage Database using MySQL and Microsoft SQL
  • Experience to manage IIS & Tomcat

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, committed, energetic, resourceful and able to work with less supervision and a tight schedule.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Must be fluent in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Able to work after Shift Hours and office hours, during Public Holiday and weekend.
