Job Scope

  1. Preparation of conceptual & sketch proposals.

  2. Preparation & submission of drawings and necessary documents to local authorities.

  3. To involve in tendering process.

  4. To involve in construction implementation.

  5. To coordinate with all parties including client, consultants and authorities.

  6. Engage imagination, think creatively and innovate to develop and produce architectural design of appropriate complexity and scale that meet the requirements of functionality and aesthetics.

  7. Identify problems, apply analysis and critical judgment, formulate and translate the design brief into functional design that comply with design objectives and clients requirements.

  8. Apply and integrate knowledge of architectural principles, technology, environment, culture and social, urban design and planning principles in architectural design,

  9. Apply appropriate graphic, model and communication tools to produce design, construction, detailed drawings and reports,

  10. Work in a team, able to collaborate and demonstrate understanding of inputs of other allied professions within the building industry,

  11. Recognize the impact of architectural works upon society, culture, economy and environment, and the importance of ethics within the profession,

  12. Demonstrate awareness of cost implication of various design options and material specification.

  13. Produce architectural design that comply with the requirements of regulatory authorities.

  14. Demonstrate understanding of architectural management and the architect's role within the framework of architectural practice and leadership in the building industry.

Job Requirements:

  1. Candidate must process at least a Master in Architecture (Part 2) or equivalent.

  2. Self-motivated, take ownership and able to work independently.

  3. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

  4. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

  5. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design, drafting and rendering software

  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality

  7. Able to communicate in Mandarin. English and Malay.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM5,500.00 per month
