Role Description

This is an internship role for an Intern Muamalat Sales position, based in Bayan Lepas & Shah Alam with a hybrid work arrangement allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will assist in various sales and client engagement activities, develop sales strategies, and provide support in areas such as sales management and training. Day-to-day tasks may include engaging with customers to provide excellent service, preparing reports, assisting in administrative tasks, and learning key aspects of sales operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to engage with clients effectively and professionally.
  • Basic knowledge or interest in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to assist in developing and implementing strategies.
  • Eagerness to participate in Training programs and gain practical experience in sales and related fields.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills to handle various tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
