Responsibilities:

  • Handling full set account, directing all aspects of accounting operations, overseeing all transaction related to general ledger, receivables, payable, cash flow, budgeting, bank reconciliation, payroll and financial reporting.
  • Analyzing company's financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs and compliance with budgets. Issue regular financial status reports to senior management
  • Providing strategic guidance around capital financing options to support company growth needs
  • Developing and maintaining all necessary accounting policies and systems, including general ledger and financial reporting. Ensuring that records are maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
  • Assisting senior management in financial planning and results management. Work with other team members to understand revenue and cost drivers and define appropriate reports for tracking.
  • Manage and review monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
  • Manage and coordinate tax schedules, returns and information
  • Managing all tax planning and compliance with all required government, payroll, property and other applicable taxes

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance/Taxation or other accounting related fields.
  • At least 15 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably someone with previous experience in construction firm
  • Good technical knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
  • Independent, self discipline and self motivated
  • Possess strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Good financial reporting skills that is timely, accurate and concise
  • Hands-on, strong attention to details and process oriented individual
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and SQL accounting software
