We're Hiring: HR & Admin Manager
We are looking for a seasoned HR & Admin Manager to lead our human resources and administrative functions in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing HR processes, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

What You'll Do
Develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Analyze HR metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage administrative functions including facilities management and vendor relationships.

What We're Looking For
Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management within the manufacturing sector, engineering and solar renewable industries

Strong command of spoken Mandarin as the HQ in China

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.

Proven ability to develop strategic solutions to complex HR challenges.

Proficient in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Remuneration
Salary: RM15,000 - RM18,000
