My client is a globally recognised electronics manufacturing services provider with a strong presence in Malaysia. They are currently looking for a Process Industrial Engineering Manager to lead process improvement initiatives, drive operational efficiency, and support strategic production planning within their plant in
Klang (Selangor)
. This role offers a great opportunity to contribute to high-impact manufacturing projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Your new role

  • Enhance production processes to boost productivity and reduce waste.
  • Perform time and motion analysis to develop standardised work methods.
  • Evaluate production costs and advise on cost optimisation strategies.
  • Manage capacity planning and ensure effective use of resources.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve process challenges.
  • Assist in new product launches and factory layout planning.
  • Track production output and assess performance metrics.
  • Design optimised workstation and production line layouts.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, 5S, and cost-saving projects.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor Degree in Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a process improvement role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, AutoCAD, and data analysis; knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
  • Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in
    Chinese & English
    is a MUST to liaise with international stakeholders.
