Human Resources Intern

Job Description
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle for internship students, including sourcing, phone screenings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure recruitment plans align with intern requirements.
- Prepare and manage recruitment documentation such as offer letters, NDAs, and other essential forms.
- Conduct candidate screening and shortlisting to identify top talent.
- Explore and recommend innovative recruitment channels to enhance hiring strategies.
- Support talent sourcing and headhunting initiatives for prospective candidates.
- Strengthen recruitment efforts by building and maintaining partnerships with universities and colleges for internship programs.
