Job Description

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle for internship students, including sourcing, phone screenings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure recruitment plans align with intern requirements.
  • Prepare and manage recruitment documentation such as offer letters, NDAs, and other essential forms.
  • Conduct candidate screening and shortlisting to identify top talent.
  • Explore and recommend innovative recruitment channels to enhance hiring strategies.
  • Support talent sourcing and headhunting initiatives for prospective candidates.
  • Strengthen recruitment efforts by building and maintaining partnerships with universities and colleges for internship programs.
