Responsibilities:

  • Source financial facilities for the company and negoatiate with the bank on the terms and conditions of the financial facilities
  • Prepare application form and documents for trade facilities (eg. bank guarantee, letter of credit, etc.) and liaise with bankers on trade facilities or other bank related issues 
  • Prepare of bank account opening/closing documentation and other banking facilities.
  • Keep and maintain related correspondence, documents and details to ensure accessibility of data for further audit purpose. 
  • Plan and manage cashflow of the company by estimating and arranging the cash flow in and out on a regular basis, making sure there is sufficient fund for business operation such as suppliers' payment, statutory payment, tax instalment, etc.
  • Handle any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

* Previous experience in manufacturing accounting and SAP B1 preferred.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

-Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

-Proven experience in finance and banking operations, preferably in a corporate setting.

-Strong understanding of financial principles and banking procedures.

-Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
