You will be responsible to support the Head Chef in preparing high-quality Western cuisine and managing a specific kitchen section. This role is hands-on and focuses on maintaining food quality, consistency, and cleanliness, while developing culinary skills and contributing to a smooth kitchen operation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in Western cuisine.
- Understanding of kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of teamwork.
- Willingness to learn and grow under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Culinary education or certification is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
