Key Responsibilities1. Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the evolving IT, digital, and manufacturing solutions landscape, supporting innovation, digital transformation, and organizational agility.
- Partner closely with senior leadership to cultivate a performance-driven, inclusive, and values-led culture, aligned with corporate governance standards of a Public Listed Company.
2. Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & Offboarding
- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber talent in areas such as AI, cybersecurity, data analytics, and smart manufacturing.
- Ensure structured onboarding programs that support rapid integration into FSBM's collaborative and technology-driven environment.
- Manage professional offboarding processes, including exit interviews and analysis, to drive continuous organizational improvement.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant resolution of workplace issues.
- Maintain a positive and harmonious work environment aligned with company policies and values.
4. Performance Management & Career Development
- Design and manage performance management frameworks tailored to technical and professional talent, emphasizing goal alignment, competency development, and clear career pathways.
- Identify learning and development needs and coordinate training programs focused on emerging technologies, leadership capability, and future skills.
5. Compensation & Benefits Management
- Benchmark and structure compensation and benefits packages to remain competitive within the IT and digital solutions market, supporting attraction and retention of specialized talent.
- Support annual salary reviews, incentive programs, and reward strategies aligned with business performance.
6. Compliance, Governance & Reporting
- Ensure HR operations comply with Malaysian labor laws, company policies, and PLC governance requirements.
- Contribute accurate HR data and insights for internal management reporting, audits, and external disclosures, including sustainability and governance reporting where applicable.
7. HR Systems & Data Management
- Oversee HRIS systems to ensure accurate data management, reporting efficiency, and process optimization.
- Utilize HR analytics to support workforce planning and strategic decision-making.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within large-scale organizations or multinational environments.
- Mandatory experience in a Public Listed Company (PLC) environment.
- Prior exposure to the IT, digital, or technology-driven industry is highly preferred.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws; experience with listed company compliance and governance frameworks is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of integrity with proven ability to manage confidential and sensitive matters.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR reporting tools.
