HR Executive

**Job scope**:
- Create Job Descriptions for various roles in the company
- Responsible for onboarding process of new employees which includes orientation training.
- Access the training needs and coordinate with the company trainer for training and development for employees.
- Create and maintain employee personal files
- Plan and propose employee benefits package
- Execute yearly employees’ performance review process
- Operate the day-to-day operations of the department
- Ensure that employees comply with company policies
- Liaise with safety department to conduct regular drug test to all employees
- Conduct random spot checks on employees in accordance with company policy.
- To ensure accuracy and timely execution of salary payment and statutory payment.
- Monitor daily employee's attendance and act accordingly.
- Handle employee relations matters, including counselling, disciplinary action, termination, conflict resolution and grievance management.
- Responsible and liaise with company insurance agent for Group Personal Accident claims.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources or a related field
- Proven 3 years’ experience in HR related roles
- Proven of 2 years’ experience in recruitment and payroll
- Honest, ethical, and dependable
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities with the ability to captivate audiences and convey a compelling message
- Familiar with latest employment act
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Human Resources: 2 years (preferred)
