**Responsibilities**
- Implement overall HR Management policies and processes in;
- Recruitment
- Performance Management

- Training and Development
- Industrial Relations
- HR System
- Conduct orientation and induction for new staff
- Conduct relevant HR surveys and special projects for HR enhancement
- Conduct general administrative HR functions
**Requirements**:
- Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- Experience and exposure in retail industry is an added advantage
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, have proven track record of executional discreet discipline
- Good working knowledge of the Malaysian Labour Law and Human Resources policies, practices and systems
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
