Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing and implementing HR communications and engagement campaigns/initiatives.

Your mission on this role:

  • Support and maintain employee engagement programs
  • Develop and communication employee relation strategies.
  • Run employee engagement activities.
  • Communicates employee engagement plans to stakeholders and works with them to implement them.
  • Design and implement programs and support the running of Core Values initiatives.

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • A degree in the related job field.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.
  • A person that proactive, creative and love to interact with people
  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to relocate to the job location.
