Job Summary

We are hiring an Assistant Sales Manager to support dealership sales operations and work closely with Management in overseeing the sales team, preparing reports, and coordinating sales activities. This role is suitable for candidates with strong administrative, coordination, and communication skills who are looking to grow into a Sales Manager position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Management in overseeing daily sales operations
  • Monitor sales team performance and follow up on targets
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Compile sales data, forecasts, and summaries for Management review
  • Attend online meetings and HQ meetings as required
  • Coordinate between Sales Advisors and Management
  • Support sales campaigns, promotions, and events
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting processes are followed
  • Assist in implementing sales strategies and procedures
  • Perform other duties assigned by Management

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Management, or related field
  • Mandarin-speaking (required to liaise with Management and HQ)
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Good organisational and reporting skills
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Sales administration or supervisory experience is an advantage
  • Willing to learn and grow into a leadership role
  • Fresh graduates with strong skills may be considered

Working Schedule

  • Working Days: Monday – Saturday
  • Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,000
