Role Overview
This role is responsible for driving business growth by promoting and selling the company's products across assigned territories and market sectors. The incumbent will build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and execute effective sales strategies to expand market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development across assigned territories and industry sectors, including medical, dental, laboratory, food, hospitality, and manufacturing.
- Promote and position company products by providing professional consultation and recommending suitable solutions to customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to maximize market potential and revenue growth.
- Execute sales plans and promotional strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and participate in trade exhibitions and industry events.
- Manage customer challenges proactively and deliver high-quality service.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and market intelligence.
- Share market insights and customer feedback with internal teams to support business decisions.
- Perform ad-hoc assignments and other related duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, Chemistry, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in pharmaceutical, medical, or related industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
