What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist in typing, preparing, and collecting reports
  • Help manage and update databases and filing systems
  • Learn how to organize documents and support daily secretarial tasks
  • Gain hands-on experience in implementing procedures and managing workloads
  • Work directly under the supervision of a Company Secretary

Who We're Looking For

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree students in Business Administration, Corporate Administration, or related fields
  • Eager to learn and adapt in a professional setting
  • Able to multi-task, follow instructions, and prioritize duties effectively
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent, proactive, and a team player
  • Must have your own laptop
