Job Description:
- Assist in filing, updating and housekeeping of old documents.
- Assist in simple tasks such as tagging, photocopying, tracking of documents.
- Assist Secretarial in preparation of board papers.
- Assist Secretarial in preparation of board resolutions, annual returns and documents to lodge with SSM.
- Other Administrative tasks.
- To perform ad-hoc duties as instructed by the superior from time to time.
Job Specification:
Basic Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Secretarial/Office Management/Business Management/Corporate Admin or related courses.
Experience: No working experience required.
Skills:
- Good interpersonal and communication skill at levels with good command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work with minimum supervision.
- Good computer skills especially in Microsoft Words/Microsoft Excel/Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Good team player.
Job Type: Internship
Pay: RM RM700.00 per month
