**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing appointments, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action plans.
- Organize and maintain office documents, reports, and confidential files systematically.
- Coordinate internal and external communications as required.
- Support in preparing presentations, reports, and other documentation.
- Assist in planning and coordinating activities and events.
- Manage travel arrangements, accommodations, and logístical support when needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth administrative operations.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Office Management, Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Willing to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM800.00 per month
