·       Perform in the sourcing of suppliers and service providers based on requirements and specifications.

·       Prepare and issue Request for Quotation (RFQ), compare quotations, and recommend the best supplier based on price, quality, and delivery.

·       In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing, and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules, agreement preparation and implementation, database development, and implementation.

·       Ensure all procurement activities comply with Group Procurement Policies and Authorities (GPPA), company Quality Management System (QMS), industry regulations, and ethical standards.

·       Create and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) accurately in the system.

·       Liaise with internal departments to confirm procurement needs and delivery schedules.

·       Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of goods/services.

·       Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation for auditing purposes.

·       Monitor and manage supplier performance and relationships.

·       Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

·       Oversee logistics processes including order fulfillment, shipment coordination, and documentation

·       Prepare and verify shipping documentation such as invoices, packing lists, bill of lading, and customs clearance forms.

·       Track shipments, resolve delivery delays, and ensure prompt and accurate receipt of goods to meet project timelines

·       Coordinate vehicle/container bookings, liaise with freight forwarders and logistics providers to ensure smooth movement of goods

·       Proficient in applying Incoterms 2020 in international procurement to ensure clear allocation of risks, responsibilities, and cost between buyer and seller.

·       Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by the superior.
