We are seeking a driven E-commerce Associate to support and grow our digital sales channels.

Job Responsibilities:

E-commerce Operations & Platform Management

  • Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, WhatsApp Business, and company websites, ensuring smooth functionality and a positive customer experience.
  • Monitor listings, pricing, promotions, stock visibility, and overall store performance across platforms.

Digital Marketing & Content Execution

  • Support and execute digital marketing initiatives such as SEO, SEM, social media posting, live hosting, email campaigns, and online promotions to drive traffic and sales.
  • Assist in planning and creating marketing content aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.

Product & Content Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information, descriptions, visuals, and pricing across all e-commerce platforms.
  • Assist with content updates, banners, and basic creatives for campaigns and product launches.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Track sales performance, customer behaviour, and campaign results using platform analytics and tools.
  • Prepare regular reports and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Customer Support & Order Management

  • Provide timely and professional customer support through chat and messaging platforms.
  • Handle order enquiries, after-sales support, returns, and issue escalation when necessary.

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Coordinate with website vendors to ensure platform security, updates, and functionality.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and campaign execution.

Strategic Support

  • Assist in identifying online sales opportunities, market trends, and improvement areas to support e-commerce growth strategies.

Administrative Support

  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by the Head of Department to ensure smooth departmental operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year experience managing Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok stores
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in Chinese and Bahasa Melayu (spoken & written)
  • Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter marketing
  • Experience in video creation and basic editing
  • Proficient in Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator

Employment Details

  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,000 per month
