About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join AROPAK SDN. BHD.' as a QA Executive. In this full-time position based in Johor Bahru Johor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of the company's products and processes. As a key member of the Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining robust quality control measures to meet industry standards and customer expectations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing quality assurance plans, policies, and procedures
  2. Conducting regular quality audits and inspections to identify and address any non-conformities
  3. Analysing quality data, identifying trends, and recommending corrective and preventive actions
  4. Collaborating with production and engineering teams to continuously improve quality processes
  5. Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, and internal quality protocols
  6. Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices
  7. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date quality records and documentation

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant tertiary qualification in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a quality assurance or control role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry
  3. Strong understanding of quality management principles, tools, and techniques
  4. Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality issues
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  6. Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high standards of quality
  7. Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and quality standards
