Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout all manufacturing processes, including conducting audits, maintaining documentation, and preparing reports.
  • Perform statistical analyses, generate quality reports, and ensure proper recordkeeping for quality systems and procedures.
  • Inspect materials and finished products to detect defects or specification deviations, recommending and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Conduct internal and supplier audits to verify compliance with ISO, GMP, and HALAL requirements and best practices.
  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance incidents, ensuring proper resolution and documentation.
  • Support the development and delivery of training materials related to quality systems and procedures.
  • Establish, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for QA/QC functions.
  • Maintain full compliance with ISO, safety, regulatory, and industry standards across all operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Science, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in QA / QC or Quality Management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or food manufacturing industry.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 is essential.
  • Knowledge of other regulations or standards is an advantage: GMP, HALAL, Kosher, ExciPACT, and ISO 45001.
