Job Description

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/ vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  • Establish and maintain relationship with the client, stakeholders, third parties/ vendors.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications/ Job Requirements:

  • At least Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a strong focus on façade engineering.
  • A team player who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel for outstation project.
