At Klinik Pesona, we specialize in advanced aesthetic and skin treatments designed to help our clients look and feel their best. We're known for our friendly service, excellent results, and professional environment.

We are expanding and looking for a Customer Service Executive who shares our passion for beauty, customer care, and teamwork.



Job Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome clients with warmth, ensuring a pleasant experience from entry to exit.
  • Handle appointment bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups through WhatsApp, phone calls, and walk-ins.
  • Provide clear information about treatments, products, and ongoing promotions.
  • Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Coordinate with doctors and therapists to ensure smooth treatment scheduling.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and professional reception area.
  • Support marketing and customer retention activities (promo follow-ups, membership renewals, etc.).
  • Handle payment transactions, receipts, and basic administrative duties.
  • Update customer records accurately and maintain confidentiality.


Requirements
  • Education: Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree (preferably in Beauty, Hospitality, Nursing, or Business).
  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in customer service, beauty, spa, or aesthetic clinic industry preferred.
  • Personality: Friendly, well-groomed, patient, and customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Communication: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & english
  • Tech skills: Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets / Excel, and basic computer systems.
  • Passionate about beauty & skincare, enjoys interacting with people, and takes pride in providing excellent service.
  • Able to work Saturdays & Public Holidays (with Sunday off).


Working Hours
  • Monday – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Sunday: Off Day
