Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned works across trades; maintain look-ahead programmes and trackers.
  • Liaise with consultants & local authorities (OSC 3.0 Plus submissions follow-ups, technical clearance responses, permit conditions)
  • Review drawings (C&S/Arch/M&E), check for discrepancies, raise/close RFIs and DRNs; keep revision registers tidy
  • Manage main contractor: chair/record site meetings, coordinate method statements/ITPs, conduct site inspections, track NCRs to closure
  • Cost support: take part and assist with project overall budgeting, verify VOs/changes, update monthly cost/progress reports.
  • Compliance & documentation: compile reports and submissions for KPKT/local authorities as required; keep audit-ready records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's (Hons) in Civil/Structural from an EAC-accredited programme
  • Registered with BEM (Graduate Engineer or above)
  • ~3+ years relevant experience (developer/consultant/contractor) with regular site exposure
  • Microsoft Suites (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) — intermediate or better; AutoCAD proficiency
  • Languages: Good English & BM (written/spoken)
  • Mobility: Able to travel within Klang Valley for sites and authority runs

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with OSC 3.0 Plus packaging/tracking and typical local-authority checklists
  • Exposure to KPKT documentation flows for housing projects.
  • Basics of contract admin (EOT/VO substantiation, progress claims review)
