Executive, Treaty Operations

Labuan-licensed Reinsurer | Based in Labuan

On behalf of our client, a reputable Labuan-licensed reinsurer, we are seeking a qualified and motivated professional to join their team as an Executive, Treaty Operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting treaty administration and operational functions in line with industry and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and prepare treaty Statements of Account and related documentation.

· Coordinate treaty administration activities with internal stakeholders and external partners.

· Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all treaty operational deliverables.

· Assist in regulatory and management reporting as required.

Requirements:

· Degree holder in a relevant discipline.

· Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in reinsurance treaty operations, particularly in treaty Statements of Account.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficient in computer applications and data handling.

· Knowledge of Labuan FSA guidelines and reporting requirements is an added advantage.

· Meticulous, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently.

· High level of integrity, professional conduct, and adaptability.
