Are you ready to begin or advance your journey in the dynamic world of reinsurance? We're looking for detail-oriented and proactive individuals to join our team.

Your Responsibilities
  • Technical Account Specialist: Check and record technical accounts (including but not limited to, commission adjustments, profit commissions, premium adjustments, etc.) and monitor receipt of technical accounts.
  • Credit Control: Monitor and manage reinsurance payables and receivables for assigned portfolio. Review and record collections and payments corresponding to the Reinsurance technical accounts. Maintaining active communication with reinsurance brokers and insurance companies to ensure timely collection of open balances.
  • Claim Operations: Assist in the processing and reconciliation of individual claims, including monitoring outstanding reserves to ensure accuracy and timely settlement in accordance with treaty terms.
  • Team Collaborator: Work closely with Underwriting, Claims, and Finance, ensuring seamless information exchange and cooperation.
  • Project Participant: Actively engage in various ad hoc projects, contributing to the achievement of MS Reinsurance's business objectives.
Your Profile
  • Educational Background: Diploma or degree in Financial, Accountancy, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Proficient in English, with strong writing and verbal communication abilities.
  • Multicultural Mindset: Must thrive in a multicultural environment and a complement to our enthusiastic team.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Analytical Abilities: Outstanding analytical skills and a proactive, positive mindset.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Possesses strong interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative work environment.
