Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, journal entries, etc.) independently
  • Responsible for e-Invoice compliance
  • Monitor petty cash, staff claims, and company expenses.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and budgets
  • Ensure all accounting documents are properly filed and maintained
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties when necessary
  • To undertake other duties being assigned or directed by the superior from time to time

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in similar capacity, preferably in property development/construction industry
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Autocount, MHW Accounting or similar)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
