About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Assistant (Room) to join our team at HOTEL ' in Ipoh, Perak. This full-time position is crucial in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction that our hotel is known for.

What you'll be doing

  • Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities
  • Ensure all rooms and public areas adhere to our strict cleaning protocols
  • Report any maintenance issues or supply needs to the Housekeeping Supervisor
  • Provide friendly and attentive customer service to guests
  • Assist with any other housekeeping duties as required

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional manner
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, lift and bend for extended periods
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
