Data Entry and Management: Enter and maintain accurate candidate information in our recruitment database, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible for the team.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling interviews, organizing events, and handling candidate correspondence.
Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing potential candidates through online platforms, social media, and employee referrals, and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Documentation Preparation: Prepare necessary documentation for the HR process, such as job descriptions, offer letters, and onboarding materials, ensuring all paperwork is complete and compliant with company policies.
Information Preparation and Dissemination: Compile and prepare information for various meetings
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM RM1,800.00 per month

- Cheras (Kuala Lumpur): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
