KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for AI driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including project managers, and engineers to define project objectives.
  • Evaluate business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend AI or automation solutions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.
  • Assist in developing business cases, project roadmaps, and feasibility studies for AI implementations.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure business requirements are translated into functional solutions.
  • Lead, coordinate and monitor all project related activities to ensure smooth execution of project tasks and deliverables
  • Support testing, implementation, and post-deployment analysis to optimize system performance.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business impact of AI solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years working experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a tech or AI-focused environment (experience in a Big 4 firm is highly preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in data cleaning, wrangling, visualization, BI & dashboard development, KPI tracking, and QA.
  • Hands-on expertise in data analytics and programming tools such as Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Charts, Graphs), Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn), Power BI, Kibana, SQL, and Statistics
  • Experience with cloud, big data, and API exploration including AWS (S3, Glue), MongoDB, and Postman.
  • Familiarity with machine learning and computer vision frameworks such as Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, YOLO, Roboflow, and CVAT.
  • Proficiency in project and collaboration tools including Shortcut, Trello, Notion, Figma, and Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Loop, Updates).
  • Excellent critical thinking, stakeholder communication, and data storytelling skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and requirements-gathering capabilities.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly insights.
