As a registered and licensed waste contractor, Xantara works with major players in the oil and gas industry, including the PETRONAS Group of Companies. Additionally, the company collaborates with local universities for research and development.

Role Description

The Sales Specialist - Scheduled Waste position at XANTARA SDN BHD is a full-time hybrid role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. The primary responsibilities of this role include managing client accounts, identifying new sales opportunities, conducting sales presentations, and providing training to clients. The Sales Specialist will also be responsible for addressing customer service inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction by maintaining strong communication channels.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Sales and Sales Management experience
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions for clients
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the waste management industry is a plus
